Terms of Service

By using the Haul platform ([Naziv firme / Company name]) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Account

  • You must be at least 16 (or have parental consent where required by law).
  • You are responsible for accurate information and for safeguarding your credentials.
  • One user = one account, unless otherwise agreed.

User content

  • You keep rights to content you post, but grant us a license to display it within the service.
  • You may not post unlawful, abusive, or third-party protected content.
  • Locations and catches you share publicly will be visible to others per the privacy level you choose.

Marketplace

  • Haul is a listing platform — it is not a broker, agent, or party to any transaction between users.
  • Payment, delivery, and any disputes are solely the responsibility of the buyer and seller.
  • Haul does not guarantee the accuracy, condition, or authenticity of any listing.
  • False listings, listings for prohibited goods, and listings that infringe third-party rights are forbidden.

Tournaments

  • Haul is a platform for publishing and tracking tournaments — it is not the organiser or co-organiser of any event.
  • The tournament organiser bears sole responsibility for running the event, its rules, prizes, and participant safety.
  • Haul is not liable for any harm arising from participation in tournaments listed on the platform.

Community rules and moderation

  • Spam, false content, fraud, harassment, and abusive behaviour are prohibited.
  • Posting third-party copyrighted content (photos, text) without the rights holder's permission is forbidden.
  • Haul reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules without prior notice.
  • Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent suspension of the account.

Termination and deletion

You can delete your account anytime (Settings → “Delete account”). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
